Centered around family living, this renovation seamlessly merges fun and function without compromising the high-end feel. Unique created five different new spaces for the client: a garage, bar, gaming zone, personal gym, and outdoor firepit.

A Family Focused Extension to a Beautiful Property
We worked closely with our client throughout the design process, from initial references to final details. The resulting extension weaves together a refined, ultra-slick showroom garage with a more relaxed, natural environment for recreation and retreat. Integrated AV, simulators, a pool table, bar, gym, and fire pit are highlights within the design, supporting both performance and leisure. The outcome is a distinctive addition to the property— and will be enjoyed by the family for years to come.

High Quality Modern with Rustic Tones
Our scope within the project was interior design and fabrication, focusing on creating the atmosphere within the architect's parameters. We blended natural finishes, including rustic timber, aged brass, and classic oak, with clean modern reflective gloss and LEDs to create a timeless space.
